Ted Cashuk, CPA

Ted Cashuk has more than 45 years of experience as an accountant. Prior to CWGBS, LLP he worked with Meyerson and Levine CPAs and Levitz, Zaks, and Ciceric. He has also served as Controller for the City Bank of San Diego.

In 1970, Cashuk became a sole practitioner and in 1983 Ted Cashuk and Don Wiseman became partners in the firm Cashuk and Wiseman.

He received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from New York University and earned his CPA certificate in 1965. He did graduate work at San Diego State University. Cashuk has been a member of California Society of CPAs since 1965.

Prior to his accounting career, he attended the prestigious Julliard School where he studied music.

Cashuk served in philanthropic endeavors for various organizations including B'nai B'rith as President of its local chapter, and for many years as District 4 Financial Director which includes 9 western states as well as Hawaii and British Columbia.

For over 31 years, Cashuk also served on the board of various other organizations in several capacities including Financial Chairman. In 1980, he received the Akiba award for his service - the highest award that can be given.
